Death Stranding comes to PC

The highly-awaited PS4 game by Hideo Kojima, Death Standing, will be coming to PC next year via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Following last week’s announcement that 505 Games will publish the PC version of Hideo Kojima’s genre-defying Death Stranding, the global publisher has revealed the game will launch simultaneously on the Epic Games Store and Steam in Summer 2020. Pre-orders for Death Stranding on PC are now available, with a base price of GBP55.

Developed by Kojima Productions, Death Stranding is one of the most anticipated projects of the decade. Starring Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) as Sam Bridges, the game takes place in the near future, where mysterious explosions have rocked the planet, setting off a series of supernatural events known as the Death Stranding. With spectral creatures plaguing the landscape, and the planet on the verge of a mass extinction, it’s up to Sam to journey across the ravaged wasteland to save mankind from impending annihilation.

The groundbreaking experience from legendary game creator Hideo Kojima also features the acting and voice talents of Mads Mikkelsen (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and Léa Seydoux (Spectre), with additional appearances by Academy Award winning director Guillermo del Toro (The Shape of Water), comedian and television host Conan O’Brien (TBS’ Conan) and renowned games industry personality Geoff Keighley, creator of The Game Awards.

Players can pre-order Death Stranding now for PC on the Epic Games Store or Steam.
