The device determines a serving temperature for each wine electronically thanks to algorithms developed by MYWAH while an integrated proprietary cooling system chills each glass to the perfect temperature.
It contains three Bag Innov, the smartest eco-friendly alternative to the bottles, of wine of 5L each, the equivalent of 20 bottles. After opening a wine bag, preservation prevails for 8 weeks with no oxidation.
Bag Innov is much faster to replace than opening a bottle of wine.
The integrated rotation service is fast: One glass every 15 seconds, i.e., 240 drinks per hour.
The device relies on Bag Innov, light and unbreakable. By integrating an RFID chip connected to its software, MYWAH turns Bag Innov into a smart bag allowing users to determine the origin and the history of each wine.
Consumption data is provided in real-time to hospitality service and other professionals, either on its display screen or to a linked smartphone, from sales to wine identification, the number of drinks served, when, type of wine, and inventory rotation.
