How Avis SafeDrive works:

• The client downloads the Avis SafeDrive app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and receives a sensor at the Avis Counter.
• The client presses a button on the sensor and then follows instructions on the app to link the sensor to your rental vehicle.
• Bluetooth, GPS and Mobile data must be switched on while driving.
• The SafeDrive sensor is attached to a velcro strip on the windscreen.
•  The driver is now protected by Avis SafeDrive, ImpactAlert, panic button and severe weather alerts, with access to 24-hour medical assistance.
• If drivers watch their speed, corner gently, don’t brake suddenly, accelerate harshly and don’t text while driving, the rewards should begin arriving daily, via the app.
