Record numbers expected at AfricaCom

The 13th AfricaCom Conference and Exhibition opens its doors on Wednesday at the Cape Town International Conference Centre, for the annual gathering of Africa’s telecommunications leaders. This is expected to be the biggest show to date with 5,200 pre-registered participants (25% up on 2009) from 100 countries and a record 1,526 companies (50% up on 2009).
