Good news for professional photographers looking for superb image quality – Fujifilm has announced that the GFX100 mirrorless digital camera will be released late June 2019. The GFX100 claims to have the world’s highest resolution* at 102-million pixels in its large format sensor. It is the flagship model of the GFX Series of mirrorless digital cameras. A fourth-generation “X-Processor 4” high-speed image processing engine, and ultra-sharp Fijinon GF lenses, combine with excellent colour reproduction technology.
The Fujifilm GFX range has won strong praise from professional photographers and photo enthusiasts alike for the use of a large image sensor, boasting approximately 1.7 times the size of the 35mm full-frame sensor. The GFX100 now doubles the number of pixels compared to the current models (the Fujifilm GFX 50S and GFX 50R).
