CES: Now USB drive inventor sticks to HDMI
At CES this week, USB flash drive inventor Dave Moran unveiled an HDMI stick that gives a standard flat-screenTV the functionality of a smart device.
Dov Moran, Israeli inventor of the USB flash drive, announced the launch of an Android HDMI stick, the Comigo DUO Smart Stick, at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
The Comigo’s Smart Stick runs Comigo’s software solution, which is tailored to the unique hardware capabilities of the HDMI stick, designed to turn any TV into a Smart and Social interactive entertainment unit, with a super-intuitive user interface.
It enables the streaming of video and audio content: IPTV channels, OTT videos, VOD and other content stored on external flash drives and on the home network. The experience delivered by the stick can be controlled by a remote control or via a Comigo Client Apps for iOS and Android-based Smartphones and Tablets.
