Everything was concluded and I was ensured the new phone will be delivered saturday 17 December between 7 and 12am
Naturally, i couldn’t contain myself, and was up at 5am.
I phoned vodacom on the number i was provided, close to 12.
The first consultant told me it was dispatched, and put me on hold to confirm.
The line then dropped while on hold.
I phoned a second time, hoping to obtain the waybill number to track the package myself, this time the consultant told me my iphone has not been shipped because no one phoned me to confirm! And that someone will phone me on monday or tuesday only to confirm, only then will they ship.
The second consulted then transfered me to the person who i placed the order with, once again the line dropped.
Surely one can understand, that after months of waiting for this phone, and hanging around the whole morning, to be told sorry, we never confirmed, really rubs one up the wrong way.””,””body-href””:””””}]”
