R30 recharge gets hour airtime

In what is probably the best airtime deal on the market this holiday season, MTN are offering pre-paid customers an hour of airtime when they pay a R30 recharge voucher. There are only two catches – being on a specific pre-paid account and using the free time by the end of the day after activation.

With the festive season approaching, the need to stay in touch with and connected to family and friends increases. There are holidays to plan, special days to celebrate and good news to share. With so much talking to do, MTN has come to the party with an offer that lets you talk for 60 extra minutes, for free. That’s an hour of free minutes any time of the day or night, to any number on any network.

There are no hidden catches, but the free airtime must be used by the end of the day after activation, and it is only valid on the PayAsYouGo Call per Second plan. ‚Summer in South Africa is all about connecting with family and friends, catching up on the year’s activities and getting together to celebrate. The 60 minutes of free voice airtime can be used anytime and to any network, over a 48-hour period, calculated from 00:00 on the day the recharge voucher is bought. ‚So, if you buy a R30 voucher on a Wednesday morning, for example, the 60 free minutes will remain valid until 23:59 on the Thursday night, giving you plenty of time to talk up a storm!
