CeBIT 2010: Secure enough even for the Chancellor
With phones being used to store more and more sensitive information, security is becoming a crucial factor. With this in mind, certgate is exhibiting its certgate Smartphone Protector.
With cellphones now multimedia devices, they are increasingly being used to store sensitive data such as photos, e-mails and videos. With that in mind, certgate is exhibiting its high-security solution certgate Smartphone Protector at CeBIT 2010.
This hardware-based application protects personal data on smartphones and PDAs against unauthorised access and also enables data to be transferred securely between different end devices. In addition, the technology from certgate uses digital certificates and signatures and fulfills the very highest security criteria. Among its other applications, it is used to keep the German Chancellor’s phone conversations and messages safe from prying eyes and ears.
