I feel like I’m stuck in groundhog day here, but you first have install the product. This takes a while, but once you have, it’s all systems go.

I don’t know if it’s just me but I didn’t find this program very easy to use. The new features and enhancements in particular took a bit of figuring out and weren’t as user-friendly as they could be.

Yes, it is. There are many new features and enhancements to the 2002 Pro, you just wonder how many are must-have’s. Still, it takes a lot for a product of this nature to be innovative, and it succeeds in this endeavour.

The recommended retail price for this software is as follows: A single user will pay R3 499. Two users pay R4 499 and the multi-user package costs R6 399. This is on the steep side, especially for businesses that will only ever use half of what even the single user program can do.
