MTN announces iPhone 5 contract prices

MTN will make this iPhone 5 available to its customers from tomorrow starting at R529 per month for the entry level 16GB version over a 24 month contract.

MTN South Africa today announced it will offer the iPhone 5 in South Africa beginning Friday December 14. Customers can now pre-register interest for iPhone 5. iPhone 5 will be available on 24 month contract for ZAR 529 per month for the 16GB model, ZAR 579 per month for the 32GB model and ZAR 629 per month for the 64GB model at selected MTN stores. iPhone 5 customers will be able to connect to MTN’s HSPA+ and DC HSDPA network.
