LG showcases 3D at rAge

Gamers and consumers will be able to experience all LG Electronics’ 3D products at this year’s rAge Gaming Expo, at the Coca-Cola Dome in Northgate from 30 September to 2 October 2011.

The LG’ stand will showcase its full ecosystem of innovative 3D capable products. These include its flicker-free CINEMA 3D TV, 3D laptops and monitors, as well as its brand new Optimus 3D Smartphone ‚ a first of its kind in South Africa.

LG is also hosting a competition on its stand located on number AI, giving away its much sought after 42-inch CINEMA 3D TV to the winner of the ‚Dirt 3‚ racing game challenge. Various other prizes will also be given away, so make sure to visit the LG stand and enter the challenge.

‚We realise the importance of gaming to the South African public and believe that our complete ecosystem of 3D products is the new frontier in immersive gaming, putting players right into the action of the game,‚ says Michael Bang, Head of Marketing for LG Electronics South Africa.

As such, the LG stand will feature a console gaming zone, a PC gaming zone ‚ featuring LG’s 3D monitors, as well as a Mobile gaming zone, where visitors will be able to experience South Africa’s first ever 3D Smartphone, the LG Optimus 3D.

A Dance zone will feature the Michael Jackson dance game that is sure to get those limbs loose and ready for action.
