Jumia lands in Cote d’Ivoire
Jumia, an online retailer in West-Africa is now available in Cote d’Ivoire, providing its customers with fashion, consumer electronics, home appliances and mobile devices.
The company starts its services in the country providing its customers with a wide range of products online including fashion, consumer electronics, home appliances and mobile devices. Jumia is from now on operating in five African countries: www.jumia.ci

Recently, Jumia secured with its affiliated companies a high double-digit million funding in Jumia’s holding company. The backing, which represents one of the largest investments for an African eCommerce startup, allows Jumia to continue its growth.
This month, Jumia celebrates its one-year birthday in Nigeria, announcing over half a million customers within eleven months. Jumia has become Nigeria’s number one e-commerce site, with over 100 000 unique visitors every day and a daily subscriber base of over 400 000 people making it the 4th most viewed Nigerian site.
