iPhone 4S in SA tomorrow

MTN and Vodacom will release the iPhone 4S in South Africa tomorrow, with the phone going on sale at more than a 100 outlets from 9am. See the list of launch stores here.

MTN and Vodacom have both announced the availability of the iPhone 4S to customers from the morning of 16 December 2011.

Although MTN has embargoed details until midnight tonight, the following information has been put out on Twitter:

The iPhone 4S will be available from MTN starting at R499pm (MTN 200) for the 16GB model, R649pm (MTN 350) for the 32GB model and R819pm (MTN 500) for the 64GB model at selected MTN retail stores and online at www.mtn.co.za. iPhone 4S packages include 250MB free data per month for 24 months.

MTN also offers the iPhone 4 for R269pm (MTN 100) for the 8GB model bundled with the iPhone 3GS. Customers can register online at www.mtnsp.co.za, for the iPhone 4S.

Vodacom had not announced pricing at the time of writing.
