Gadgets get online insurance

SureThing SA, the country’s newest gadget insurance solution, is covering personal electronic gadgets for a monthly fee from R70.

SureThing SA provides immediate insurance for cellphones, tablets, game consoles, laptops and MP3 players when customers register online at www.surethingsa.co.za.

The company was founded by Richard Neville, who noticed a gap in the insurance market for portable electronic items. The company set about establishing a cost-effective, quick, online gadget insurance service for young South Africans.
