Think back just 10 years and you will remember a time when the concept of Self-Service was still in its infancy in South Africa. You couldn’t buy your movie tickets from a kiosk, check in online for a flight, pay for a traffic fine on the Internet or make a bank payment from your cellphone. Now we live in a world where we can’t imagine our live without Self-Service.
