TomTom has announced its Via LIVE devices which are designed to put the pleasure back into driving. The devices are voice controlled and provide live traffic information allowing the driver to know what is install up the road.

TomTom has launched the TomTom Via LIVE, bringing accurate traffic information as well as a more enjoyable driving experience. TomTom Via LIVE comes with enhanced driving features, including full voice control and hands-free calling. Designed for people who love to drive, the device comes fully connected, providing unprecedented live traffic information knowledge of the road ahead.

With TomTom HD Traffic bundled free for the first year to all Via LIVE is built to get drivers through traffic quicker than any other traffic service available on the market. The TomTom Via LIVE range is the perfect companion with up-to-date speed camera information on both fixed and mobile cameras en route, as well as live weather updates and local Google business address searches.

The Voice Control function makes navigation speedy and convenient. By simply speaking instructions, drivers can input their addresses, navigating more safely and freely.

The TomTom Via LIVE 120 and TomTom Via LIVE 125, drivers can see more and drive with ease thanks to a new user interface, and a choice of 11cm (4.3‚ ) or 13cm (5‚ ) touch screen respectively for easy operation. The TomTom Via LIVE 120 comes complete with new and improved South African, Lesotho and Swaziland maps and the TomTom Via LIVE 125 includes all Southern Africa maps. All this is wrapped up in a modern and contemporary design.

Availability and Pricing

The TomTom VIA LIVE 120 and TomTom VIA LIVE 125 includes one year of LIVE Services for free and is available from all retail stores nationwide, for R 2 299.00 and R 2 599.00 respectively. The LIVE Services subscription will cost R 499.00 for the second year.

The TomTom Via 110 without LIVE connectivity is available from R 1 999.
