This is why we are introducing BlackBerry Buddies, a group of people based in towns around South Africa who are dedicated to help you get the most out of your BlackBerry smartphone.

BlackBerry Buddies are on hand at different locations to help you learn how to use your BlackBerry smartphone more efficiently and provide you with the latest BlackBerry updates. They will give you tips, tricks and shortcuts, step-by-step trouble shooting and help you get to know your smartphone better. They will also help set up your e-mail, show you how to use BlackBerry App World, demonstrate how to get the latest updates for your apps, and more.
