AppDate: New healthcare app keeps you safe at home

App-based delivery service Quench has expanded
its offering to include on-demand delivery of Dis-Chem goods at store prices in
major centres in South Africa.
Quench’s in-store shoppers personally collect a consumers’ goods and liaise with their drivers for safe and efficient delivery, while adhering to Covid-19 regulations.
Quench currently deliveries in the following
metropolitan areas: Greater Cape Town area, Cape Winelands, George,
Hermanus, Ballito, Umhlanga, Johannesburg and Pretoria, with further
expansion planned for 2021.
It is also finalising arrangements to include
prescription medicines to be delivered for Dis-Chem consumers.
Platform: Android and iOS
Expect to pay: The app is free to use however
delivery fees will be charged once the service is used.
