84″ Ultra-HD TV, Made in SA
Hisense has launched the 84‚” ultra high definition TV – the biggest consumer UHD TV to be produced in South Africa.
The new Hisense 84‚” UHD TV offers Smart TV with a new display technology, built-in Wi-Fi, and an elegant, narrow frame. It also offers new 4k UHD technology, which packs in four times the number of pixels into the same screen size as traditional 1080p HDTVs. The FHD 1920×1080 is only around 2 million pixels, while the UHD 3840×2160 means it’s over 8 million pixels.
Smart TV technology allow viewers to personalize their viewing experience, while Wifi, internet and built-in apps all come as standard. The in-built 3D engine allows a conversation from normal 2D movies and TV programming to 3D in real-time, with the push of a button.

The Hisense 84‚” UHD TV retails at Dion Wired and Hirsch’s for R170 000.
Hisense products are manufactured at its Atlantis factory, 50kms north of Cape Town.
