Denon HEOS AVR amplifier

Published

on

The Denon HEOS AVR amplifier offers 5.1 channel surround sound and is set up via an app. With its sleek, slimline design, the Denon HEOS AVR doesn’t look like a conventional AV receiver, yet it encompasses the same technology found in one.

In addition to surround sound, the HEOS offers wireless multiroom music streaming allowing one to switch music from room to room. It can however also be configured to drive conventional speakers with its built-in amplifier.

At the rear are auto-sensing HDMI inputs that are compatible with the most 4K UltraHD TV, Blu-ray and online video streaming formats and its ability to “learn” TV remote commands makes operation easier than other amps.

*  The Denon HEOS AVR amplifier can be bought at www.homemation.co.za and retails for around R17 000.
