Core Gaming Systems will be reducing the South African trade price of the Nintendo 3DS to retailers by a third from 12 August 2011, as part of a global trade price reduction initiative. The ultimate price to consumers is, of course, determined by retailers, however we look forward to consumers benefiting from much lower retail prices very soon.

There has never been a better time to enjoy the incredible Nintendo 3DS, and with software titles such as PilotWings, Nintendogs and Cats and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, there has never been a better reason to purchase one!

Existing and future 3DS owners can also look forward to superb new titles launching soon, which include Starfox 64 (16 September), Super Mario and MarioKart before the end of the year.

The recommended retail price of the Nintendo 3DS will be an amazing R1899 but this price will vary from retailer to retailer.
