Nespresso unclips users’ wings

Nespresso has launched the new Pixie Clips machine, which features exchangeable side panels that allow users to adapt the machine to suit their style.

An extensive range of interchangeable covers allows one to reinvent the machine and give it a new look as quickly as they  would change clothes.

The company says: “All Nespresso machines are specifically developed to complement and enhance the aroma, crema and flavour of Nespresso Grand Cru coffee capsules. The newest Pixie machine will create the perfect coffee time and time again at the touch of a button whilst at the same time reflecting your design preferences thanks to its extensive range of side panels. You wished for more, Nespresso gives it to you; personalised design, extraordinary taste and convenience in a single machine.”

Pixie Clips comes with two pairs of exchangeable clips, while a total of six others pairs of clips will be available from www.nespresso.com or from local boutiques. The styles include Pop, Arty, Elegant or High-tech.

The Pixie machine features two programmable cup size buttons to deliver the serving size of an Espresso or Lungo coffee. A foldable drip tray support accommodates differing cups for espresso and milk coffee lovers alike.

Priced from R2 150, the newest Pixie machine with two pairs of clips (Black & Lemon Neon or White & Coral Neon) is available now in selected Nespresso Boutiques at Hyde Park, Sandton City, Canal Walk and V&A Waterfront, as well as on the Nespresso website and from selected trade partners. Decorative panels can be bought separately. Customers can choose from a total of six original looks, with prices from R175 for a pair, depending on the finish per package.
