SAS Institute, has announced the appointment of Daniel Kasonde as the Legal Administrator for its South African office.
Kasonde will be responsible for the collation of new and current contracts as well as their management and administration, in line with the needs of the local SAS office and its customers.

Origionally from Lusaka, Zambia, Kasonde joined Alexander Forbes in its call centre after he matriculated. After gaining extensive knowledge at the consulting firm he then joined Computershare and later SAP in the legal departments of the companies. His career then saw him serve a tenure at Ninzi Consulting where his primary function was to compile and administer legal documents on behalf of the business, after which he joined Africa Legend Indigo before joining SAS.
He brings with him experience in working with clients, as well as a flair for legal documents, and an understanding of the importance of planning and strategy with direct relevance to legal requirements.
