ITU Secretary General Hamadoun Toure announced 18 winners whose projects were awarded for great effort and achievement in the implementation of the World Summit on the Information Society.
The prizes were awarded in recognition of outstanding effort and achievement in the implementation of the WSIS outcomes to:
